Crunchyroll and FUNimation Entertainment Announce a Partnership


On September 8, 2016 Crunchyroll and FUNimation Entertainment announced a partnership to bring anime streaming services in a crossover with each other where Crunchyroll specializes in subtitles while FUNI in dubs. Along with this the other major thing is FUNimation will distribute anime on behalf of Crunchyroll in physical media for Crunchyroll licensed properties. Those who will best benefit are anime fans in FUNimation's sphere such as fans in North America and a few other territories where FUNimation is present.
